FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training-- all designed pursuant to ACOG guidelines (American College of Obstetricians + Gynecologists). Each class is led by a certified prenatal fitness instructor and will support your body, mind and spirit through pregnancy and BIRTH! FIT4BABY is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.

Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and
quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round
out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on
days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play
with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Family Run Club Meet Up Free

Bring your family or yourself to this weekly FREE family run for the community! Every Wednesday Morning at 8:30am at Coolidge Park and the first Sunday of every month (weather permitting) at 6:00 PM. Join us for a run or walk of your distance to kick off your week!!

Body Back

Push yourself in our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drop-in workouts. HIIT classes include short periods of anaerobic exercise with strength and recovery periods. Designed for mamas at least 6 months post partum.

Body Back Transformation Free

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Join us as we kick off our next 8 week training plan for the Run Mama Run 5k! You will meet your coach to learn all about our training program, as well as your training guide! This is our only mandatory meeting! The rest of your training runs are done with friends or when it fits in your schedule! However, we will meet up on the weekends to run together as a team at our free family meet up run (families welcome). This program is for beginners who are new to running OR running enthusiasts!! We have plans for ALL! Don't miss this experience, mama!

MamaWell $49Purchase required to enroll

MamaWell is 42 week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond. MamaWell by FIT4MOM is the ultimate prenatal and postpartum wellness guide. Learn how to safely to move throughout your pregnancy and nourish your body and spirit while you gather knowledge from top pre and postnatal experts. Your enrollment includes 42-weeks of exercise videos, birth preparation and nutritional guidance, customized for each week of your pregnancy plus, a private Facebook group.
