Body Ignite
Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom life throws your way!
Body Ignite offers an option for moms searching for a complement to Body Boost, Strides 360, and Run Club+ (our cardio-based formats) or those moms ready to add variety to their strength training.
Body Ignite is very different than our other programs. In this class, we take the time to slow down, be intentional with every rep, and focus on form above all else. The external weights and sequences provide progressive overload, and ‘failure’ is an option! We are working to increase muscular strength, endurance, and function during this hour.
