Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Stroller Barre cultivates an inclusive environment where every mom feels embraced regardless of fitness level. Participation doesn't require being "in shape," even those in excellent physical condition can enjoy a rewarding workout. It serves as a holistic haven for new moms, where they engage in fitness, socialize with friends, and enjoy quality time with their babies.

The class structure comprises three components: a warm-up segment for mama to center herself and prepare her body, five stations blending deep muscle conditioning tailored to a mama's needs, and a flow-and-go section emphasizing flexibility, mobility, and tranquility before reentering daily life.

After each Stroller Barre session, our aim is for every mom to depart feeling empowered, uplifted, and more connected than when she arrived.
