Join us as we kick off our next 8-week training plan. We will be training for the Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon Weekend. We have training plans for those wishing to run the 5k, relay or half marathon. You will meet your coach to learn all about our training program, as well as your training guide the first weekend of January. This is our only mandatory meeting! The rest of your training runs are done with friends or when it fits in your schedule! However, we will meet up on Sunday afternoons as well as one morning each week to run together before finishing with 20-30 minutes of Body Ignite strength work. These Run Club meetups and Body Ignite are included in your training program! This program is for beginners who are new to running OR running enthusiasts!! We have plans for ALL!
